Residents across Northampton are very angry after Liberal Democrat councillors on Northampton Borough Council reduced brown bin collections down to once a month. The Lib Dems say they haven’t received many complaints and people should just make compost! So Northampton Conservatives have launched a campaign to make the Lib Dems think again!
