Theresa May might well have been sighing with relief as the European Court of Human Rights ruled that deporting Abu Hamza and his fellow extremists would not contravene their human rights.  But while Brian Binley, Member of Parliament for Northampton South, is relieved as anyone that these dangerous zealots will finally be removed from the country, he is also worried that the ECHR’s judgment may not be the best one in the long term.
