Plans submitted for key new Northampton link road

Northampton Conservatives have continued with our commitment to improving Northampton's infrastructure with Northampton Borough Council announcing that plans have been submitted for the new St James Link Road.

Veolia named as Northampton’s new environmental service contractor

Northampton Conservatives are delighted to announce that Northampton Borough Council has awarded its new environmental services contract to leading company Veolia. Cllr Mike Hallam made the announcement following the Council's Cabinet meeting on the 17th January.

Northampton Conservatives reduce rough sleeping in Northampton

It has been revealed that one of Northampton Conservatives key strategies on reducing homelessness in the town has had a positive impact on reducing the number of rough sleepers.
The ‘together we change lives strategy’ which was published in 2016 set out the shared vision of more than 30 local agencies working to support homeless individuals in Northampton.

Anna King recognised in LGIU Councillor Achievement Awards

Northampton Conservatives are delighted to report that Councillor Anna King was recognised at the National 2017 LGIU Councillor Achievement Awards. From a group of over 90 nominations she was shortlisted to one of the final 6 in the Community Champion category.

Luke Graystone Elected in Nene Valley By-Election

Northampton Conservatives are delighted to announce that Luke Graystone was successfully elected as the Northampton Borough councillor for Nene Valley in the By-election on the 28th September. Luke ran an excellent Campaign and was able to increase the Conservative vote share in the ward.
