The leader of Northampton Borough Council, Mary Markham, will be taking part in the Big Sleepout on Friday 29th January to help raise awareness of the issues faced by homeless people as well as much-needed funds for the Northampton Hope Centre. Councillor James Hill (Rectory Farm) will also be taking part in the event.
