Giving people more of a say in their community

Next week Councillors at the Guildhall will be looking at how Northampton Borough Council can help people have more of a say in what happens in their area and how they are represented at a community level.

Winter clean ups in parks

The council's park rangers for Abington Park, Delapre and the Racecourse will be carrying out winter clean ups in each of the parks every Saturday from this weekend until the end of the month.

Yesterday, Monday 5 December, Northampton Borough Councillors agreed to award three former Borough Councillors, Don Edwards, Arthur McCutcheon and Barry Massey, the title of Honorary Alderman of the Borough of Northampton, in recognition of their hard work, dedication and long service.
